Our Values

Fellowship Recovery values collaboration and promotes active involvement in forging a better future for the company. Leadership is committed to being accessible and open. We believe that this is the only way to create a treatment center where “clients actually look forward to attending and where staff enjoy working. After all, "we are stronger together."

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Justice

At Fellowship Recovery, we understand that to be successful, we need people with diverse characteristics, experiences, backgrounds, talents, ideas, and contributions. These diversities are not just a part of our culture but also the key to our future success. People are the backbone of our company, and their unique perspectives and skills strengthen our culture and drive our innovation.

Every employee at Fellowship Recovery is a stakeholder in our success. We foster tolerance and respect for our differences, recognizing that each employee's unique background and strength is a valuable asset. We have created a seat for them at the table to leverage those differences for all of our success and the company. We invite them to collaborate and showcase their ideas, as we believe that it is through this collaboration that we can truly succeed. We empower them to be authentic, bold, unique, and intentional, as we value their individuality. This is the only way to build a culture of inclusion and belonging. Everyone at Fellowship Recovery has a stake in the company's success.

Fellowship Recovery believes justice happens when everyone is treated equally, with dignity, respect, and honesty. We understand as we help individuals with drug use abuse and addiction that some of the root causes of their ordeal are because they have experienced injustices, inequality, and inequity in their basic human rights. We strive to protect and help these individuals regain their footing. By eliminating the stigma over addiction and guiding and treating their illness, we make a dent in changing our society.

At Fellowship Recovery, we foster civility with one another. Every person deserves openness to communication, but we know that every conflict must be resolved by treating each other as humans with empathy. We are careful but intentional in resolving disagreements and disputes; we know they can assist in our growth and understanding.

We are who we are, and we are stronger together.
