Our Family Program, located in St. Louis Park, serves parents and families in recovery through comprehensive, trauma-informed outpatient services. All charting is completed on-site on the day of service to support clear clinical boundaries between work and home life.
This Role
The Family Program Support Counselor (Part-Time) provides direct clinical group services and programmatic support exclusively within the Family Program. This is a program-specific, part-time role designed to supplement coverage based on census and scheduling needs while maintaining a true part-time workload, without an assigned caseload.
This position delivers high-quality group facilitation, supports the Family Program clinical team, and ensures compliance with Minnesota 245G and applicable licensure statutes.
Job Type & Schedule
Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week (maximum)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
This position is Family Program–specific and is not a general float role.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $29–$32 per hour, based on licensure and experience

Primary Duties
Lead outpatient treatment groups for Family Program clients
Facilitate both counseling (up to 12 clients) and psychoeducational groups
Develop and deliver group curriculum aligned with treatment goals
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough group documentation
Communicate client needs and progress to primary counselors
Support the multidisciplinary treatment team in care coordination
Ensure full compliance with MN Statutes 245G and applicable licensure standards
Follow Fellowship Recovery training plans, continuing education requirements, and compliance procedures
Provide occasional full-shift coverage (groups and individual sessions) for planned absences with Clinical Supervisor and Treatment Director approval
Experience & Requirements
Active Minnesota licensure required: LADC or ADC-T
Proven experience leading in-person groups
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management, organization, punctuality, and professionalism
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative clinical team
