Fellowship Recovery is an outpatient treatment program located in Uptown Minneapolis. We specialize in treating women with children, men with children, as well as individual men and women. We offer smaller group sizes limited to 12 clients and believe in creating a work environment that promotes growth and the support needed in order for our counselors to prevent burnout! We are a small growing company with an Entrepreneural spirit!
The Primary Counselor - LADC/LPCC Dual Credential is a professional serving Fellowship Recovery clients through group sessions, one and one, and develops treatment plans for the individuals served. This role will promote fellowship culture and a positive outlook at work. They will demonstrate good time management, efficiency, and ethical conduct, boundaries, confidentiality, and collaboration. This role is exempt, salaried annually, and full-time at 40 hours per week. This role requires an LADC or ADC-T credential. They will report directly to the Clinical Supervisor.
Pay: $80,000/annual salary
Schedule: AM 8:00-4:30PM
