This Role
The Part-Time Intake Counselor supports the Intake and Admissions process by completing client intakes, coordinating admissions, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across clinical teams. This is a part-time, non-exempt role designed to support intake volume and program flow without exceeding a true part-time workload.
This position is ideal for individuals pursuing ADC-T licensure who are seeking hands-on experience in admissions, client coordination, and outpatient treatment operations.
Job Type & Schedule
Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week (maximum)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: St. Louis Park
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $23.00 - 27.00 per hour
Licensure Increase: Upon obtaining ADC-T licensure, pay increases to $27.00 per hour

Primary Duties
Complete client intake assessments and admissions documentation
Coordinate intake scheduling and communicate admission status to clinical teams
Ensure clients are safely and appropriately transitioned into services
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant intake documentation
Communicate with referral sources, families, and internal staff as needed
Support intake workflow during high-volume periods or coverage needs
Ensure compliance with MN Statutes 245G and applicable licensure requirements
Follow all Fellowship Recovery policies, training plans, and compliance procedures
Experience & Requirements
ADC-T required within 90 days of starting in the role, if not currently licensed
Background or experience in substance use disorder or mental health services preferred
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Professional judgment, reliability, and a client-centered approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
